Though some may still be putting last-minute touches on Halloween costumes, retailers, as always, are looking ahead. ‘Tis the season (almost) for stuffed Santas, silver bells, and spirited statuary, and a new Plano emporium has enough sparkly swag to fill sleigh after sleigh after sleigh…
This Saturday, November 1, marks the grand opening celebration of Holiday Warehouse. Located at the corner of West 15th Street and Independence Parkway in Plano, this new décor destination may be worth the drive to the northern ‘burb for all who take decking the halls very seriously. Touted in stock are hundreds of trees, tens of thousands of ornaments, lights, garlands, wreaths, and décor for home and tabletop from many of the industry’s most popular brands.
This Saturday’s grand opening event will include diversions for everyone in the family – the better to amuse kids and spouses whilst the resident elf feathers the holiday nest. Starting at 10 a.m., food trucks will serve up Cajun bites, tacos, and cupcakes. Raffles and product demonstrations are also in store, as well as discounts across multiple product categories. Wonder if Santa will stop by, too?
