Holiday Warehouse partnered with the Union Gospel Mission to give back to the Dallas community!
Union Gospel Mission's purpose is to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of homeless men, women, and children in the Dallas, TX area. They provide meals, clothing, shelter, emergency medical referral, and daycare for children. Emotional evaluations and referrals to professional counselors are provided, as well as, Chapel services and Bible studies.
We were pleased to be able to donate a variety of items from our warehouse to the Union Gospel Mission. Clothing made up a large portion of the donated items, in addition to a variety of products such as decor, toiletries, and toys.
The items collected will be utilized in two ways - sold in the UGM thrift store or given to directly to those housed in the Union Gospel shelter.
The UGM Super Thrift operates Monday - Saturday from 9am to 9pm in Irving. The money generated through Super Thrift supplements the monetary donations that enable them to feed, clothe, and house the homeless of Dallas.
We are thankful to be able to partner with such a wonderful mission to help those in need, right in our own backyard!
