Refund policy
Returns :
Our policy for returns covers regular priced items only and is valid for 14 days after your order was delivered. If more than 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer with the exception of incorrect/defective/damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require your order number.
Final Sale or Clearance items, Open Box Trees and Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.
Returns on Pre-Orders:
Pre-Order items will undergo same return policies as stated above (see Returns)
Pre-Order items that are defective or damaged will undergo same process as indicated below (see Defective/Damaged Items).
Sale/Clearance/Last Chance Items:
Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Items discounted at 50% or more are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.
Defective/Damaged Items:
We pride ourselves on providing our customers with high quality, well-crafted products. Should your item be defective/damaged, please contact us within 14 days of having received your product for replacement or refund options.
Photos may be required of the damaged items and packaging.
Refunds:
Refunds are subject to approval based on the condition of the item and the reason for the return.
'Change Of Mind' returns must be unused and returned in its original packaging, to be considered for a refund and the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customer will also be responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, usually between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the item being delivered. Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Send us an email at customerservice@holidaywarehouse.com with your order number to request an exchange.
Shipping Costs:
In cases where the wrong item was shipped, a pre-paid return label will be provided to cover the cost of return shipping, and the correct items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
For 'Change of Mind' returns/exchanges, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund and the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you are shipping a return item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
