Dallas Does Christmas (And All the Other Holidays Too)

You might remember two years ago, when my blog was a little tiny baby, it was called Do Dallas cheap. After a couple months,  I changed over into at the lifestyle niche of Helene In Between. But let me tell you, I still have the “cheap” in me. And I have found a new store in Dallas that is that makes my heart go pitter patter. That store is Holiday Warehouse. The store is filled with the most gorgeous Christmas decorations- from handmade Santas, beautiful life-like succulents, Halloween props, and even furniture. But the best part? It’s at prices I can actually afford.

Basically, there’s something here for everyone, and the prices cannot be beat.
My mouth hit the ground when I found the hand rolled owl ornament for six dollars. I’m telling y’all, this is the real deal!

Holiday Warehouse was opened on August 15th and is one of the largest stores in Dallas stretching at 30,000 ft. Holiday collectors can find life size Jim Shore (and smaller pieces to hang on the tree too), collections from Mark Roberts, Katherine’s Collection, and D. Stevens Ribbon.
There’s even in-house designers that can make your Christmas dreams come true-
they truly have it all.

Greeting you at the door is a hand made Santa
from Brian the toymaker out of McKinney, Texas (pictured above). He makes exclusive pieces just
for Holiday Warehouse. But why stop there? This family owned store has 1700 Christmas trees, over 15,000 spools
of ribbon, what seems like endless rows of stems to make your own
wreaths or bouquets for a wedding.

But since Halloween is approaching I had to check out the options. There are witches and
ghouls and goblins galore. Everything is made of the highest quality, too. They are experts at handcrafting with only top products. Addison, the store’s buyer, has such a great eye for style, quality, and affordability that they are able to pass on the savings to us.
Holiday Warehouse has in house designers that will help create whatever you want or buy in store and get it straight to your home or office. Everything they do is extremely accessible. If you see something you’d like, they’ll work to find it for you. They’ll even set it up for you once you purchase it. I know this is something I struggle with. I think it looks great in store then I have no idea what I’m doing. They’ll do the work for you!
Walking about the store I felt
like I was a little magical fairytale world; where polar bears were made
out of glass and Santa even had
his own saloon. Even if you’re not on the hunt for your next decorative
piece in your home, it’s fun to walk around the store and get excited for
the holidays. But I’m sure you’ll leave with something.

There’s really no reason to shop anywhere else in Dallas for the holidays and home decor. Each week (or even every day!) they’ll be adding new items pieces to their store, so you can stop in as often as you’d like. Check out Holiday Warehouse on Facebook for more!
